Rf Technologies® Releases Code Alert® Quick Response® Wireless Call Solutions

Three-tiered product range offers a flexible solution for any size facility

BROOKFIELD, Wis., -- RF Technologies®, a leading provider of radio frequency identification monitoring systems and healthcare security solutions, announces the release of Code Alert® Quick Response® Wireless Call Solutions. Available in three options so facilities can enter at various price points: Premiere, Plus or S, Quick Response® Wireless Call Solutions provide care facilities with the ability to safely and effectively monitor living spaces, common areas and facility perimeters.

"The Code Alert Quick Response system is designed to be scalable and allows for different components to be added," said Paul Larson, Vice President, Product Development for RF Technologies. "Each system is code compliant and functions independently. If additional features are desired, they are easily integrated into the system in place. This allows a facility to improve safety and staff efficiency while addressing financial concerns."

Premiere Wireless Call, the top tier system, is UL 1069 Edition 7 certified for hospital signaling and nurse call equipment, meeting administrative code requirements for states requiring wireless nurse call systems in skilled nursing facilities to be listed by an independent testing laboratory. The system enables care providers to pinpoint the location of a resident who requires attention and offers a multitude of features such as tie in with corridor lighting, check-in supervised stations, and bed exit detection.

The Quick Response Plus Wireless Call Solution, which utilizes the reliability and scalability of the Inovonics® EchoStream® product line, is a computer-based system used in facilities where residents are more mobile and room level location of residents is not required.

Both Quick Response Premiere and Plus wireless nurse call solutions also feature call pendants, which are available as a necklace, belt clip or wristband; easy-to-use touch screen monitor software, QuickLook(TM) LED displays, smoke detector integration and reporting capabilities.

The Quick Response S Wireless Emergency Call Solution, which also uses Inovonics EchoStream® products, is the perfect choice for smaller senior living facilities as it utilizes a control panel instead of a computer, resulting in a lower cost per room. It accommodates up to 30 call devices and offers residents pull cords, push buttons and nurse call cord stations, notification lamps and buzzers for assistance requests.
