“Strawberry 3 is a fully equipped module ready for easy implementation into wireless speakers for multiple applications,” Whitehead continued. “We purposely sought out the industry's leading digital amplifier maker to complement our industry leading wireless technology. Based in the birthplace of digital amplification, Denmark-based Merus Audio fills that role perfectly.”

Explained Martin Bruun Helms, Merus Audio Director, Global Sales, “eximo® is our multi-level switching audio amplifier technology that is available as single-chip amplifier solutions for a wide range of audio applications. eximo® offers the most energy-efficient audio amplifier technology available, enabling significant extension of battery lifetime, drastically reducing heat dissipation, and operates without a heatsink. Merus brings an ideal amplification technology to Strawberry 3.”

In addition, eximo® is compact, thus eliminating the need for large external LC filtering, reducing solution size, and Bill-of-Material. It enables the highest power density in the market while also offering best-in-class audio performance. Its ultra-low distortion levels and excellent noise performance coupled with multi-level switching enables high bandwidth and compliance with High-Resolution Audio requirements. It is EMC compliant even in a filterless configuration.

SKAA is the new wireless HiFi audio standard developed by Eleven Engineering, Inc. SKAA transmitters work with iOS & Android mobile devices, Mac & Windows computers, televisions, and just about any product with a line output or a headphone jack. SKAA is also available as a built-in technology not requiring an external transmitter in purpose-designed partner products, which are featured at SKAA.com. In environments laden with heavy Wi-Fi and Bluetooth traffic, SKAA navigates through these hostile environments with best-in-class reliability. SKAA also allows for uninterrupted audio signals that are delivered with the highest sound quality to all speakers without the latency that is inherent in other wireless solutions.

“SKAA is ridiculously easy to use…all compatible products are ready to play right out of the box with no pairing required”, explained John Sobota, Eleven Engineering CEO and director. “SKAA is also highly flexible as it is compatible with any brand, any product, anytime, anywhere, with rock solid reliability, great range, and CD-quality sound. SKAA.com is the source for all things SKAA.”
