Custom engineered and fabricated wire harnesses for industrial automation, control, robotics, and HVAC applications requiring a high mix of wires and connectors with low production volume are available from Aved Electronics, Inc. of Lowell, Massachusetts.
Aved Wire Harnesses can include a full range of wire sizes and virtually any termination or connector ranging from D-Sub to circular and IDC types. Providing design assistance to select the best wiring and connector types, or reverse engineering where needed, with new documentation, these custom fabricated wire harnesses have one part number and are UL/CSA approved.
Packaged to customer requirements, with bar-coding for inventory control, Aved Wire Harnesses can be maintained in a vendor managed inventory (VMI). Fabricated using fully automatic equipment for applying interconnects as small as 1 mm, modular plugs, and a wide variety of electrical terminals, they are all point-to-point electrically tested and 100% crimp inspected.
