ergonomic design. The A-Frame's height adjustability allows operators to work within their ergonomically ideal "reach zones," directly improving cycle time and the quality of finished harnesses.
Arlink's A-Frame is available in single-sided or back-to-back configurations and can accommodate board sizes from 24" x 24" to 48" x 48" and larger. Users can choose either manual or motorized height adjustment, each providing 27 ½" of travel. The back-to-back model saves cost and valuable floor space, allowing operators to work independently with maximum comfort and productivity.
A built in 75° angle creates highly productive wire harness work areas. Arlink's A-Frame can be outfitted with a range of accessories which ensure that tools, wire and parts are always within easy reach. Also, casters can be added to create mobile units.
