HAVERHILL, Mass., May 19, 2004 - Pro-Line, a recognized leader in modular ergonomics, is offering its Wire Harness Assembly Stations. These workstations are ideal for companies involved in wire harness manufacturing and assembly operations.

Both the MWH and the EWH models are designed for the ergonomic assembly of wire harnesses. Both models feature a 72 inches long by 36 inches wide platform capable of holding boards from 24 inches wide by 24 inches long, up to 48 inches wide by 96 inches long. In addition, both models incorporate an adjustable front guardrail that captivates boards from .250 inches to .750 inches thick.

The EWH features a 60-degree electric foot pedal operated tilt with 600 pounds capacity. When the EWH is fully tilted, the front edge of board adjusts from 24.5 inches to 40.5 inches high via foot pedal operation. The MWH features a 60-degree, 13-position manual tilt. When the MWH is fully tilted, the front edge of the board adjusts from 24 inches to 36 inches via hand crank.
