New Modular Lincoln Power Feed(TM) 10M Wire Feeder Designed for Multi-Process Use

Cleveland, Ohio - Building on the success of its Power Feed(TM) 10, The Lincoln Electric Company has introduced the Power Feed(TM) 10M, a high performance, digitally-controlled wire feeder designed for modular, multi-process use. This unit is recommended for fabrication in the automotive, transportation, fabrication, furniture, lawn and garden, and agricultural equipment manufacturing industries, among others.

With four drive rolls and optional push-pull capability for aluminum welding, the Power Feed 10M is considered one of the best wire feeders on the market for exotic alloys and hard-to-weld materials.

The Power Feed 10M, when combined with Power Wave power sources, results in the most advanced semi-automatic welding system on the market. Using Lincoln's Nextweld Waveform Control Technology(TM), each weld mode is precisely tuned to your application to meet exacting standards for low spatter, weld bead profile and arc shape.

The Power Feed 10M Bench and Boom models come standard with the MSP4 user interface panel, Lincoln's latest interface for software controlled Waveform Control Technology(TM) and Digital Communication. It offers complete control of all parameters including Weld Mode Selection, Arc Control Adjustments, Weld Sequence, Limit Setting and Lockout. An Infrared Port allows for the quick and easy transfer of data via Palm® OS based systems. The MSP4 features new functions not previously available:
o Clear identification of the selected weld mode
o Up to four waveform (arc) controls
o Enhanced Waveform control displays
o Easy procedure set up
o Lockout functions prevent unauthorized procedure changes.

Lincoln's ArcLink(TM) digital communications protocol allows for accurate and reliable performance. An ArcLink cable extension allows for multiple wire feeders to be connected to the same power source. A Power Feed 10M control box may also control a standard Power Feed 10M wire drive or a Power Feed 10R robotic wire drive.

The Power Feed 10M is compatible with the following processes:
- STT® (Surface Tension Transfer®) MIG welding
- MIG
- Pulsed MIG
- Pulse-on-Pulse(TM) MIG welding
- Flux-Cored

The Lincoln Electric Company, Cleveland, Ohio, is a world leader in the design and manufacture of arc welding equipment and consumables, robotic welding systems, plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment.
