Wilden® Advanced(TM) Series Pumps on Display at SEMICON West 2011

Grand Terrace, CA - Wilden®, the worldwide leader in air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump technology and an operating company within Pump Solutions Group (PSG(TM)), is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting its Advanced(TM) Series Plastic AODD Pumps at SEMICON West 2011 in Booth 412 located in the South Hall. SEMICON West, which brings together the world's biggest and brightest names in microelectronics manufacturing, will take place from July 12-14 in San Francisco, CA.

Advanced(TM) Plastic pumps are available with the revolutionary Pro-Flo X(TM) Air Distribution System, which features a state-of-the-art Efficiency Management System (EMS(TM)) that optimizes the Pro-Flo X(TM) ADS for specific operation parameters within the semiconductor industry, regardless of the application demands or pump size. The results are cost savings brought on by higher performance, lower operational costs and reduced energy costs.

Advanced(TM) Series Plastic pumps are offered in polypropylene, PVDF and PFA with elastomers of Buna-N®, Neoprene, EPDM, Viton®, Wil-Flex(TM), Saniflex(TM), polyurethane and PTFE. Their bolted configuration ensures product containment while their redesigned liquid path reduces internal friction, which maximizes output and efficiency. The pumps are available in 6 mm to 76 mm (1/4" to 3") sizes with the ability to handle solids up to 12.7 mm (1/2"). Maximum flow rates are 784 lpm (207 gpm).

In addition, Wilden will share Booth 5229 at InterSolar 2011, which is held concurrently with SEMICON West, with sister company Almatec®, a premier manufacturer of air-operated (AODD) pumps. At the show, Almatec will feature its E-Series AODD pumps that have the reliability and operational efficiency to withstand the demands of the harsh applications found in solar-cell manufacturing.
