This new system replaces well over 150 individual molds!
The CADWELD MULTI uses an innovative mold design combined with a range of high-temperature gaskets/battings. Many types of welded connections may be produced without changing the mold every time a new connection style is required.
The new CADWELD MULTI features include:
o Versatility - a variety of connections styles may be made with a single mold
o All connections use a #90 weld metal - reducing inventory and increasing simplicity
o The unique mold design increases its service life to more than 100 connections. That is double the life of standard exothermic molds.
o For use on cable sizes up to a 1/0 concentric stranded conductor
