Irvine, California - March 17, 2003 - Jetline Engineering - When your application requires simple fixturing for longitudinal welds or for use with a positioner, the Jetline BKT Builders Kit is the perfect answer for MIG and SAW processes. We have developed a cost effective way for you to build a system starting with a carriage with DC motor and solid state control, and a drawing package that allows you to manufacture the track and mounting columns. The carriage is designed to carry the welding process and has a load capacity of 300 lb (136 kg) at 12" (305 mm) from the face plate of the carriage.
Many optional accessories to enhance your system are available including our 9627 Automatic Carriage Control mounted on an SWC-5A carriage. Jetline can provide the track and mounting columns as well, built to your specifications.
