Canton, MA - BLH Electronics, Inc., a leading manufacturer of weight and force measurement systems, announces the release of the PS-2010W DIN Rail Mount Weight Indicator/Controller.
PS-2010W Rail Mount Weight Transmitter/Controllers provide precision weight measurement, communication, and setpoint control in a miniature rail mount designed enclosure. Package in mini-PLC 'brick' fashion, 2010 units can be DIN rail mounted in new or existing cabinets. Although the packaging is small, 2010 units perform in a big way with Plug-n-Weigh® software, Dynamic
Digital Filtering, and eight discrete setpoint outputs. Easy Plug-n-Weigh® installation requires no test (dead) weights for typical system calibration. Unique, internal ramping software simulates live weighing cycles for testing the communication interface, setpoint closures, and analog output signals.
Hardware features include 750,000 count resolution (at 20 updates per second), an RS-485 full duplex communication port with ASCII protocol, and optional 16 bit analog current output.
Applications for this product include high speed batch process control, check-weighing, and continuous feeding systems in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing industries.
