A&D Weighing Launches Versatile AD-4405 Weighing Indicator
Milpitas, CA - June 2, 2003 - A&D Weighing launches the new full-featured AD-4405 indicator. This indicator provides outstanding functionality with a full keypad, counting, and an available built-in printer. The AD-4405 is an excellent value for bench, floor and truck scales in static weighing or simple batching applications.
The indicator has a large, bright, vacuum fluorescent display that is easy to read in any lighting situation. The full 0-9 keypad includes tare, gross/net, on/off and two user programmable function keys. For counting applications, the AD-4405 provides A&D's exclusive Automatic Count Accuracy Improvement (ACAI) functionality, ensuring that every count is incredibly accurate.
With the optional internal dot-matrix printer and programmable printer format function, users can readily customize the print format, as well as the output of the RS-232C interface that is standard. The AD-4405 is capable of performing simple batch weighing, and a five-point comparator function can output to the standard buzzer or optional relays.
The unit has internal and display resolutions of 40,000 counts and an A/D conversion rate of ten times per second. It also includes a digital linearization function and will drive up to four 350-ohm load cells. Analog output and RS-422/485 are also available.
