Hardy Process Solutions Introduces Feeder Control Module

San Diego, CA - Easy to install, simple to set-up: Hardy's new HI 1769-FC Weigh Feeder Control Module mounts directly into an Allen-Bradley® MicroLogix(TM) 1500 or CompactLogix(TM) chassis and supports Add-on Profile (AOP) set-up, making installation and programming in a "SNAP and a CLICK".

Used in new feeder control applications, retrofitting inaccurate volumetric feeders and replacing outdated controllers in gravimetric systems, the single-scale HI 1769-FC is a powerful building block that works with the PLC rack I/O to control many devices such as augers, vibratory and belt-based feeders, as well as proprietary feeder designs. This rate controller features true five-point automatic rate calibration, automatic feeder refill, and various alarms including rate tolerance and disturbance utilizing the PLC's rack I/O.

The HI 1769-FC also includes Hardy's core technologies of WAVERSAVER® to eliminate the effects of surrounding vibration for fast, stable weight display, INTEGRATED TECHNICIAN® (IT) for system diagnostics and troubleshooting, and C2® electronic calibration without test weights when used with Hardy ADVANTAGE® load cells.
