HOUSTON and CARTAGENA, Colombia, Feb. 23 - From the conference exhibit floor of Andina Link 2005 in Cartagena, Colombia, Superconnect proudly announced the release of VoIP Aware, Superconnect's revolutionary web-based monitoring application for ensuring the quality and performance of a VoIP (Voice over IP) system. Superconnect's real-time technology is life-altering for VoIP system operators because it allows them to know about problems before their customers do and prevent outages from occurring, a critical issue for providers offering lifeline VoIP telephone service.
"This product is everything that our customers have asked for, and adding VoIP Aware to our suite of ONE Platform application is a win-win situation," said Daniel Baker, Vice President, Superconnect, "because it allows our customers to continue to rely exclusively on The ONE Platform to monitor their network, and it expands our potential offerings to new customers and prospects."
