SIMCom Launched Two WCDMA/HSDPA: DTU-T5320 and T5320+G with GPS Embedded
SHANGHAI, -- SIMCom Wireless Solutions, a global leading provider of wireless modules, recently announced the launch of two WCDMA/HSDPA terminals: DTU-T5320 and T5320+G with GPS embedded.
T5320 is a WCDMA/HSDPA terminal based on the advanced SIM5320 series module solution, which supports HSDPA up to 3.6Mbps for downlink data transfer. With a wide range of industrial interfaces and extended working temperature range, the reliable terminal is an ideal solution for applications like remote maintenance and control, environmental monitoring, transportation and security, and more. T5320 supports LUA Script Language, giving customers the ability to develop and run programs inside the modem itself. With the standard serial RS-232 interface, customers can easily implement data, hardware, or software flow controls they need. It allows for quick and easy implementation, reduces customer cost significantly, and lowers the entry barriers for many M2M businesses.
T5320+G terminal adds GPS location features, enabling applications like vehicle tracking, asset management, and more.

T5320 and T5320+G are follow-ups to SIMCom's DTU T900, which launched in 2012. Terminal: T900, based on the reliable module SIM900, supports Quad band GPRS of Class 10 transmission capability and is integrated with TCP/IP stacks. Different from the T900 with embedded AT, T5320 and T5320+G support LUA script language, which provides the possibility for customers to develop and run programs inside the modem itself. Optional network function and flexible update systems make the SIMCom DTU family wildly used and more popular in customers' applications in M2M nowadays.
