KMT Waterjet Systems Introduces the New E-Series Pump? The Effective, the Efficient, the Economical

KMT Waterjet Systems offers a new, lower-priced, high pressure waterjet system available in a slimmed down package: the E-Series. This system includes just the essential options of the full-featured PLUS-Series without compromising on performance. The E-Series pump has many benefits including lower cost and easier maintenance to deliver fast cutting and increased production.

The E-Series pump was specifically designed to be less expensive, while remaining efficient, open, and functional. Costs were taken out of the frame and several other non-critical areas. The pump is designed to continuously produce pressure of 52,000 psi to enable faster cutting over lower pressure systems. The E-Series pump also allows greater productivity through longer production runs; this is made possible by the large, slow-stroking, high pressure plunger. Hydraulic power is used to slow the plunger stroke rates and extend seal life at higher pressures. The intelligent design of the easily accessible components, seals, and parts allows for quicker and easier maintenance.

KMT Waterjet delivers hyper-pressure waterjet systems which have greater reliability and ease of use at pressures up to 60,000 psi.

KMT Waterjet is part of the KMT Group which markets, develops and manufactures advanced production solutions for the engineering industry within precision grinding, sheet metal working, tube forming, and waterjet cutting. The KMT holding company, Karolin Machine Tool AB, is quoted on the O list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
