KMT Waterjet Systems, formerly Ingersoll-Rand Waterjet, is introducing the SL-V Plus 60,000 psi waterjet intensifier which increases cutting spees by up to 20% while maintaining excellent edge quality.

The new SL-V Plus waterjet intensifier utilizes is extremely ergonomic and utilizes new state-of-the-art Hyperlife? (patent pending) plunger seal and ceramic plunger technology which has proven to provide longer component life and increased uptime. A new innovative hard seal end cap design provides for ease of maintenance, reduced downtime and substantially increased life cycles when compared to conventional O-ring seals.

In addition, new upgrade kits are now available to upgrade existing Ingersoll-Rand SL-I, SL-II, and SL-IV intensifier units with the new technology.
