Original Press Release:

New Water Jet Cutting Service

New Service: Indigen Armor announces new water jet cutting service with the addition of two and soon to be a third, Flow 6012 Integrated Flying Bridge Water Jets. We specialize in working with armor, steel, ceramics and ballistic glass. Other common materials that we work with are aluminum, stainless, rubber, foam and granite. All common CAD file formats are accepted and parts can be digitized or programmed if necessary.

Water jets have no heat affected zone which make them ideal for armor applications and offer unique advantages in cutting parts with detailed geometry. The machines can cut material up to 10 inches thick and raw material can be stacked when cutting for efficiency. We perform both abrasive and non abrasive jobs that leave little to no burr. All parts are nested to optimize material scrap rates.
