New Generation of Lightweight Presses - The 09 Series!
After extensive testing, Habasit America is excited to announce the release of our next generation of water-cooled presses.
Innovative Structural Design - Utilizing the latest developments in topographical analysis and FEM Calculation, we have created a new series of presses that, in spite of lower weight, can apply the same pressure as the 06 Series presses. This new design has actually resulted in two patented structural solutions.
Lower Weight - Thanks to the use of aluminum beams and other re-design efforts, the PM-1009 is 40% lighter than the PM-1056. This state-of-the-art design development means that this technology will be applied to future generations of Fast Heat and air-cooled presses.
Quicker Welding Cycles - Complete redesign means that we have increased the efficiency of these presses. Heating and cooling times are reduced, therefore allowing quicker joining and higher productivity.
