The Liquidator(TM) Water Blast Paint Stripe Removal System Erases Paint Lines from Highways, Runways Without Damaging Concrete

Blasters, Inc., the technological leaders in robotic ultrahigh pressure water jet cutting equipment, presents The Liquidator(TM): the most versatile pavement marking removal system now in production.

The Liquidator(TM) is the latest generation of water blaster units that liquefies the most weathered and hardened paint, curing compound, tack or sealer. A truck or tractor mounted cleaning head discharges a 20,000 or 40,000 P.S.I. water blast from a self-contained water supply, resulting in no damage to concrete or asphalt surfaces and no ghost lines. It is even capable of high production airport rubber removal, using only ultrahigh pressure water cleaning! This environmentally sensitive method can even restore the necessary coefficient of friction on worn road surfaces.

Now, a cleaning path from 5" to 19" can be blazed from The Liquidator's(TM) multiport nozzle bar with Twist Lock Shroud(TM). The nozzle's unique attack pattern ensures quality of removal and provides an extremely high continuous production removal rate from 1,500 to 2,000 linear feet per hour.

Previous outmoded methods of concrete and asphalt surface preparation utilized grinders, planers, shot blasters and sandblasters that would create ruts, troughs, scarring and other damage to road surfaces. The Liquidator(TM) cleaning head eliminates the need for chemicals and abrasives, and has 100% vacuum capability for automated clean up. The optional vacuum recovery box with vibrating angled floor is self dumping--a design that results in considerable upfront capital savings over conventional tipping vacuum tank systems.

Engineered and manufactured in the U.S.A. by a team of Blasters, Inc. engineers, The Liquidator(TM) is a product of their 34 years of real-world highway production, service and maintenance know-how.

New and pre-owned Liquidator(TM) Systems are now available for purchase in both the U.S. and abroad.
