Mold Release Agent Proven to Leave Less Build Up

Leslie, MI - Huron Technologies, Inc. announces Release Coating 7882 for flexible foam applications such as tractor and off-road vehicle seating.

This new water based release agent was specifically formulated for MDI seating foam. Release Coating 7882 has proven to leave less build up, extending the time between mold cleanings and lengthening the time molds remain in production. The residue left by Release Coating 7882 is easier to clean from molds when cleaning is required, and does not require extra strength cleaning methods.

Release Coating 7882 also provides exceptional slip and ease of release from mold cavities. The ability of Release Coating 7882 to deliver a smooth release and prevent poor surface quality in the molded polyurethane part reduces scrap, and requires less time in demolding operations. The combination of these benefits helps control costs for manufacturers.

Release Coating 7882 is just one of many products in a comprehensive line of release agents developed by Huron Technologies, Inc. and is available in 5 gallon containers and 55 gallon drums.

Since 1991, Huron Technologies, Inc. has been a custom formulator of release coatings, conditioners and cleaners for manufacturers molding parts from polyurethane, composite, rubber and concrete.
