WatchGuard Security Appliances Named as Finalist in Three Categories
Seattle, WA - December 13, 2007. The WatchGuard Firebox® X Core e-Series was named in the Reader Trust Award "Best Integrated Security Solution" category, as well as in the "Best Intrusion Detection/Prevention Solution" category, and the WatchGuard Firebox X Edge e-Series was named in the Reader Trust Award "Best Wireless Security Solution" category.
The WatchGuard Firebox X Core and Edge network security appliances were among more than 600 entries submitted in more than 30 categories. Finalists of the SC Magazine Awards program are determined through voting conducted by the publication's readers. Readers vote for what they view as the solution that is most effective at helping them to address the problems for which it was designed.
