Ideal for use in office partitions, ceiling panels and wall panels, these naturally-white Whispertone Wallboards reduce noise associated with air movement and mechanical equipment.
Bonded with a special thermosetting resin to produce structurally rigid board-type insulation, these panels offer superior flexibility and resiliency to resist settling, breakdown, sagging from vibration and damage from impact. Additionally, Whispertone Wallboards provide exceptional dimension stability, withstanding temperatures up to 250°F.
Unlike standard wall boards, these boards are manufactured with incombustible and non-hygroscopic borosilicate glass fibers, Whispertone Wallboards do not collect fungi or parasites and are not damaged by the effects of oil, grease and most acids. With a smooth uniform top, the surface of these panels can be produced either plain or with a Dura-Glass® mat facing.
