Amerlux Lighting Solutions Unveils Murro II Next Generation of Innovative Wall Wash Track Lighting for Retail and Commercial Markets
FAIRFIELD, NEW JERSEY---Representing the next generation of high-performance wall wash lighting for retail and commercial applications, Amerlux Lighting Solutions unveils Murro II. Murro II is the latest track line designed and crafted by Amerlux, a leader in task-specific, energy-efficient lighting for the retail, supermarket, commercial and hospitality markets.
Designed with the look and quality for any interior decor, Murro II features a low profile design that enables the fixture to be closer to the track, for a less obtrusive look. Its durable, die-cast aluminum construction achieves precise optical alignment of the lamp, reflector and lens for reliable lighting performance and consistency between fixtures, while eliminating light leaks for a less obtrusive look. Murro II is available in both electronic and magnetic ballast versions for a choice of power consumption and budgetary levels.
Each fixture offers an aiming angle indicator that allows for precise aiming of the track head on specific product displays. Vertical aiming angle adjustment (0 to 90 degrees) and locking mechanism, allow the lighting to remain true to its original design, even through re-lamping cycles.
Murro II delivers a high-performance, wall wash beam spread with a custom-configured, textured reflector and specially designed lens that provide even, intense washes of light, even at center-to-center spacing up to 10 feet, allowing this line to fit any energy or budget requirement. Its design also includes a captive lamp housing door with a locking knob that permits hands-free re-lamping.
Specially designed optics maximizes fixture performance from two different types of ceramic metal halide lamps: the long-life ED17 Medium Base with wattages of 50W, 70w and 100w and 16,000 to 20,000 hours of life; and the T6 G12 Bi-Pin Base with wattages of 39w and 70w and 12,000 hours of life. The Murro II ED17 is part of the Amerlux Power Of One program providing a complete palette of lighting types and effects all using one lamp type greatly reducing maintenance costs.
An unprecedented palette of 200-plus durable, powder coat painted finishes are available for Murro II, enabling the fixtures to match any design scheme.
Options include specially tinted reflectors that allow for warming of standard 3,000K ceramic metal halide light to a broad variety of incandescent-like hues, designed to provide customized lighting effects.
Murro II fixtures can be mounted with a variety of devices, including track, canopy, busway and c-clamp.
