WAAG / GSE is Soaring Through the Aviation Maintenance Support Business with Breakthrough Maintenance Stand Designs and Manufacturing Techniques

Van Nuys CA - A few years ago the folks at WAAG, a Los Angeles area-based metal fabrication facility, shifted gears. They moved from innovating and manufacturing products for the aftermarket automotive world into doing the same for the Commercial Aviation Ground Support Equipment Industry.

For the past five years WAAG has been building state of the art, towable, aircraft access stairs and platforms many of which are height adjustable.

WAAG's niche is designing and building products that solve problems in accessing specific aircraft as well as general use maintenance stands.

"We're unique in what we offer," said Mike Calka, WAAG's president. "We've built our reputation by thinking out of the box and creating products that are simple to use are extremely durable and get the mechanic into the place he needs to be in a safe and prudent manner."

WAAG has created products for the B-737,747, 757, 767, 777, A-320,
A-380, MD-80 and more.

WAAG has become the "Go To Guys" for Qantas, American,
Jet Blue, Delta, United, Southwest, etc. as well as airline service companies such as Menzies, ASIG, Servisair and Swissport.

WAAG's 'In House' capabilities:
