VR Machine Adds Two Star CNC Swiss Machines to Increase Screw Machining Capabilities
VR Machine Co., Inc. in York, PA has added two new machines to its operations to increase its capabilities.
The Star SB 16 was added about a year ago to our operations. The SB 16 was built to produce complete components out of tough materials at a very high production rate. With its durable construction, fast rapids, improved sub-spindle capability and main/sub spindle phase synchronization.
The Star SR20J was just installed this month with our increasing demand. The SR-20J provides superior cost capability performance -Its design achieves maximum rigidity and flexibility, as well as enhanced tooling to capitalize on basic and advanced machining applications. The SR-20J's innovative machine configuration provides high productivity dramatically reduce non-cutting time. This machine is also environmentally friendly because the hydraulic-free design reduces the amount of waste oil and power consumption.
