Asahi/America, Inc., the Wet Process People(TM), presents the molded FloSonex(TM) Vortex Flowmeter for a variety of wet flow process applications including USP purified water, institutional laboratory, deionized water systems, and aggressive chemical systems.

The molded vortex flowmeters provide reliability and superior performance, and are offered in a variety of line connections, including sanitary, union and Butt. Available in materials such as PVC, PP and PVDF, Flosonex vortex flowmeters are molded to convenient compact sizes. Each unit is wet calibrated at Asahi/America's factory and comes with a certificate of calibration that is NIST traceable.

The Flosonex vortex flowmeters are produced using high purity cleanroom procedures and are compatible with Asahi's Purad piping systems, as well as with other stainless steel and PVC piping systems. All PVDF FloSonex vortex flow transmitters are produced in a class 1000 cleanroom, DI rinsed and individually packaged, resulting in cleaner systems with quicker system commissioning and validation. Components can be joined by Automated IR Welders, or through conventional contact butt and socket fusion.
