Volvo Penta Powers Sullair Tier 4 Interim Mobile Air Compressors
CHESAPEAKE, Va. – Volvo Penta today announced an agreement with Sullair to supply Tier 4 interim diesel engines to power their line of portable air compressors.
Under the agreement, Volvo Penta TAD764VE engines, rated at 225 kW (306 hp), are powering Sullair's family of 600-900 CFM portable air compressors. The compressors are produced in Sullair's factory in Michigan City, Ind., USA and are already in use by customers across North America.
