Fort Myers, FL - May 15, 2009 - Crystek's CVCO55CC-3015-3045 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 3015 MHz to 3045 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V~4.5V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -109 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically 0 dBm.
Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55CC-3015-3045 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 5V, with a max current consumption of 35 mA.
