Fort Myers, FL — Crystek's CVCO55BE-1000-2000 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 1000 MHz to 2000 MHz with a control voltage range of 1.0V~20V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +5.5 dBm. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55BE-1000-2000 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package.
