Original Press Release:

Next Generation Product Redesigned to Support Wide Variety of Applications at an Affordable Price Point

EATONTOWN, NJ June 28th, 2006 - Quintum Technologies, a leading innovator in VoIP technologies, is pleased to announce that they have redesigned their Tenor Call Routing Server to offer its powerful call routing capabilities on a smaller scale. The new version of the Call Routing Server will be more affordably priced allowing it to more easily be cost justified in smaller applications.

The new Tenor VoIP Call Routing Server II (CRSII) gives CLECs, ISPs and next-generation service providers intelligent and scalable management capabilities to administer their routing of calls across their VoIP networks to maximize the efficiency of their networks and quality of voice calls. These call routing controls assure optimum network efficiency and maximize ROI.

The new CRSII offers the ability to route calls in real time based on a variety of parameters including; QoS-based routing that automatically routes calls around any portions of the network that are not supporting acceptable QoS characteristics, to assure voice quality, and least-cost routing to help optimize operating margins based on termination costs, time-of-day and other cost factors. Other routing criteria can include source-based routing, route quality, best pattern match, circuit routing, domain priority, and load balancing. It also controls access to the voice network by disallowing endpoints, providing control over unauthorized access to your network resources.

Each CRSII offers scalable centralized network routing management, allowing for multiple CRSIIs to be deployed within a voice network, without the need to modify individual gateways. Each can support up to 72K Busy Hour Call Attempts (BHCA).

The Call Routing Server II offers streamlined administration tools. It provides simplified management from an intuitive, Web-based GUI. The reporting capability provides network call routing statistics based upon either historical data or real-time activity. E-mail alerts are provided to inform the network administrator of network failures or suboptimal operating conditions.

"The Call Routing Server has proved to be of great benefit to service providers looking for real time call management control," said Charles Rutledge, VP of marketing at Quintum. "Quintum's new Call Routing Server II provides these same benefits to smaller applications at a very attractive price point."

Quintum's new Tenor VoIP Call Routing Server II is available immediately at a suggested list price starting at $ 8,000.
