Warehouse Point, CT March 14, 2002.Koma Precision, Inc. will exhibit the new Bock Workholding Systems product line of Twin Vises, 4, 8, 12 and 16 station MonoQuads, and Locator Plates. The uniquely designed Twin Vise line offers up to 8" jaw travel, quick change, reversible, fully machinable soft jaws for fast and easy setup and cost-effective operation. Twin Vises easily mate to the hard coated aluminum Bock Locator Plates that feature alpha numeric coded holes for accurate baseline reference to achieve repeat setups to within +/-.001". Also displayed will be Tsudakoma Indexers designed for small VMC's and pallet machine that feature a compact AC servo motor providing the shortest overall length of any indexer in its class, a full 4th axis interface. In addition, the booth will feature a full line of standard and special angle heads available from Alberti Gerardi and Romai. These high quality right angle head lines feature ISO/BT/CAT 30 to 50 spindle tapers. Configurations include standard, universal, offset, dual spindle, collet output, taper output, coolant through, speed increasers and speed reducers, key cutters, and specials designs.
