San Diego- 5th Axis Fixtures introduces the DJ6 machine vise jaws with teeth. These precision ground and hardened jaws are compatible with all standard 6” machine vises. The jaws feature serrated teeth that bite into your stock for a superior hold. It took 700 lb. of extraction force at 15 ft. lb. of torque to pull a 2”x 2” block of aluminum out of these jaws. Additional features include a 45° degree dovetail angle, and a .100” step.
