Viscosity/Temperature Controller includes cooling element.

Press Release Summary:

Norcross In-Line Viscosity and Isolated Temperature Control System provides less than ±3°F temperature control from 70-110°F and can be configured for use with fluids from ½-3,000 cps. Preventing ink or fluid from touching cooling element, system controls blending, mixing, and color quality of any fluid. Systems can range from 1-10 stations and are available with automatic or manual controllers. Applications include inks, coatings, adhesives, lacquers, and varnishes.

Original Press Release:

In-Line Viscosity Control System Features Isolated Temperature Sensor and Cooling

A new in-line viscosity control system with an isolated temperature sensor and cooling element that simplifies cleaning, which saves time and solvent, is being introduced by Norcross Corporation of Newton, Massachusetts.

The Norcross In-Line Viscosity and Isolated Temperature Control System features an isolated temperature sensor and a proprietary cooling device (patent pending) which eliminates the need to clean the line and apparatus.

Capable of providing <±3°F temperature control between 70° to 110°F, the system can be configured for use with fluids from 1/2 to 3,000 CPS.

Preventing the ink or fluid from touching the cooling element, the Norcross In-Line Viscosity and Isolated Temperature Control System can improve the blending, mixing, and color quality of virtually any fluid. Available with automatic or manual controllers, systems can range from one to 10 stations. Applications include inks, coatings, adhesives, lacquers, and varnishes.

The Norcross In-Line Viscosity and Isolated Temperature Control System is priced from $ 19,000.00 up, depending upon configuration. Literature is available upon request.
