PERC to support Nucleus in its newly-launched 3.2.1 release

San Francisco, March 25, 2002 (JavaOne) - NewMonics, Inc., a leading supplier of advanced embedded Java solutions for complex embedded systems, today announced that the newest release of its PERC® Java virtual machine (JVM) will support Accelerated Technology's popular Nucleus® real-time operating system. That release, PERC 3.2.1, is set for shipment this month.

PERC is a Java-compliant virtual machine expressly made for complex embedded applications such as those in network infrastructure, telematics and industrial automation fields. Among PERC customers are Nortel, Intel, Parker Hannifin, and Xata/Qualcomm. Nucleus is one of the leading RTOSs in communications, consumer and industrial systems.
