COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Virtual Industries Inc., a leading supplier of manual vacuum handling solutions, today announced that it will exhibit in Booth #2551 at the MD&M East exposition, scheduled to take place June 10-12, 2014 at the Jacob K. The TWEEZER-VAC System with Small Parts Tips and Lighted Magnifier is a general purpose vacuum handling tool that plugs directly into 110 Volt 50/60 Hz. This compact unit will handle a wide variety of parts used in the industry today. This kit includes rubber tips for larger items and a set of small parts tips that handle items as small as 150 microns.  The long-life diaphragm vacuum pump generates up to 10" of mercury with an open air flow of 2.3 lpm.

Also to be displayed, the Mini Vacuum Pumps for OEM applications (VMP1621CN and VMP1625MX) can be used for applications requiring air flow, vacuum or air pressure. Typical applications include air quality sampling, organic vapor analyzers, equipment requiring a vacuum source, or equipment requiring a pressure source.

The mini vacuum pumps are small, but provide high performance with a motor life of up to 5,000 hours. The pump valves are made of durable stainless steel and the diaphragm is fabric reinforced viton. The pumps come with a 43 micron inlet filter and mounting clip.
