Informative Graphics Releases MYRIAD® 5.2 3D/2D Viewer Pricing Remains Industry's Lowest For Full-featured Viewing System

PHOENIX, Arizona - December 4, 2001 - Informative Graphics Corporation (IGC), a leader in Web document and collaboration technology, proudly announces expanded support and enhanced functionality with the release of MYRIAD 5.2, the latest version of its popular document, drawing and model view and redline program. MYRIAD retains its industry leading price-for-feature position at U.S. $195 per single seat for viewing and redlining SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Inventor, AutoCAD, Microstation, HGPL,
TIFF, CALS, and Office formats. Pro/E, CATIA, UG support can be added with a US $100 upgrade.

"IGC continues its leadership position in the viewer market by
providing customers with a full-featured 3D/2D viewing system at a 2D entry-level price", said IGC CEO Gary Heath. "MYRIAD is the best all - around value in the market today and the word is out. Response to our setting the price/value benchmark for top-end viewers has exceeded all expectations. Our customers are knowledgeable engineers who respond to true value and ROI, not artificial price inflation driven by expensive marketing hype. With MYRIAD, significant cost savings are realized in departmental and corporate wide deployments where multi-format support is a requirement. Who can justify a thousand dollars or more for a 3D/2D viewer?"

Chosen by more than 2,500 manufacturing and engineering companies
worldwide and with an install base of over 250,000 seats, MYRIAD is the most broadly distributed 3D/2D viewer on the market. A hallmark of Informative Graphics' products, MYRIAD offers an intuitive user interface to visualization while providing a full-function toolset for design collaboration. MYRIAD includes advanced features, such as the Changemarks® design change control system, assembly navigation, find part, cross-sectioning, dimensioning/measurement and the ability to web publish model view sets.

IGC also announces the immediate availability of beta release of its Unix versions of ModelPress 1.0 3D model publishing software for Pro/E, CATIA, and UG. ModelPress solves the issues associated with sharing and viewing native format CAD models. It also improves network and user response time by addressing the challenge of transferring large filesfor visualization. Model Press uses the native CAD system to process the design files by extracting and compressing (up to 10x) model assembly geometry. The result is a single pre-processed file that transfers faster and views more quickly while preserving the integrity of the native file. Output is optimized for HOOPS-based streamed
viewing in MYRIAD 5.1 or greater. Model Press runs as a separate set of publishing routines on Unix (Solaris, SGI, AIX HPUX) and NT platforms, and can be downloaded at: http ://infograph.com/download
