L-Com Announces New SignDriver(TM) Digital Signage Distribution System
NORTH ANDOVER, Mass., March 9, 2009 - L-com, a global leader in the manufacture of wired and wireless connectivity solutions has introduced a new Digital Signage distribution system to address the growing market for digital signage solutions.
"Increasingly we have had requests for more versatile, scalable digital signage systems from our customers. Due to this demand we have developed this easy to use solution which grows with the customers business," said Greg Pepin Product Manager.
The new SignDriver(TM) system consists of a 4 port hub which connects via CAT-X cabling to remote units. Options for this line include audio support as well as several off the shelf kits that include a single distribution hub and one remote unit (with audio and without).
The SignDriver(TM) system can extend a maximum of 1,000 feet away from the source and supports video resolutions of up to 1600x1280@60hz.
