Victaulic Updates its Installation-Ready Product Line with the Availability of the Style 107H QuickVic® Rigid Coupling
The Style 107H offers enhanced pressure ratings, and proven installation-ready technology
ORLANDO - AHR Expo (Booth #3726) - January 25-27, 2010 - Victaulic, the world's leading manufacturer of mechanical pipe joining systems, today announced the availability of the Style 107H QuickVic® Rigid Coupling for HVAC, utility and process piping. The coupling features enhanced pressure ratings, and expedites project construction by only requiring standard hand tools for installation. This line of technology provides contractors, owners and engineers the ability to maximize efficiency, while saving time and money.

The Style 107H coupling has no loose parts and does not require any disassembly before installation. This allows installation to be faster, easier and safer than welded, flanged or standard grooved couplings with the same high-performance capabilities.
The Style 107H coupling features an enhanced pressure rating up to 750psi/5715 kPa and is suited for HVAC, utility and process piping applications. The coupling is available in sizes 2-8"/50-200 mm and is designed for joining standard roll grooved and cut grooved steel pipe.
Another key component of the coupling is the Victaulic proprietary Grade "EHP" high performance gasket material for optimal performance under pressure, heat, assembly, stress and relaxation. The grade "EHP" gaskets have a temperature range of -30°F to +250°F/-34°C to 121°C and are UL classified in accordance with ANSI/NSF 61 for cold (+86°F/30°C) and hot (+180°F/+82°C) potable water service. The Grade "T" nitrile gasket is also available.
