Affordable Fixed-Rate Vibratory Screeners

Erie, PA - May 2002 - Eriez' multideck Syncro-Sieve® vibratory screeners provide high quality fixed-rate separation at an affordable price. These screeners separate high volumes of dry material by size, and are effective for wet separation when sizing a large percentage of oversized material making them ideal for processing slurries, waste water, minerals, chemicals and other dry or dewatering applications.

An eccentric-weighted rotary motor creates the Syncro-Sieve's vibratory motion. To improve separation, flow patterns and retention time on the multiple screen decks can be varied depending on how the eccentric weights are positioned.

The circular Syncro-Sieve, available in 24, 36, 48 and 60 inch diameters, can include up to three decks with screens ranging from 1/4-inch to 40 mesh. Screen deck options include straight frame, collector frame, anti-blinding ball, perforated screen, slant bottom and double diverter frames. Custom configurations include multiple discharge spouts, wet feed distributor, distribution pans and covers.
