Vibration Monitor utilizes ControlNet(TM) digital network.

Press Release Summary:

Model MLD-01 Monitorless Digital Vibration Monitoring System uses ControlNet(TM) to immediately send vibration value data to controllers. Alarms and trip signals operate in event of abnormal vibrations. By connecting ControlNet, RV-100 View Station software makes analysis and diagnosis possible. If necessary, waveform data can be converted to FFT Analysis and Phase Analysis data, and sent to View Stations via Ethernet.

Introducing a New System with ControlNet(TM)

The problems with field wiring up to now - using analog signals on vibration sensors, vibration monitors, and analysis machines have now been solved by using MLD-01 Monitorless Digital Vibration Monitoring System.

Through the new ControlNet digital network, it is now possible to have transmitters immediately send vibration value (overall vibration value) data to controllers. Alarms and Trip signals operate in the event of abnormal vibrations.

In addition, this new system contains the latest version of the Analyzing Processor (AP). By connecting ControlNet, the RV-100 View Station software makes analysis and diagnosis possible.
If necessary, waveform data can be converted to FFT Analysis and Phase Analysis (1X, 2X or 0.5X) data, and sent to View Stations via Ethernet.
