Self-Contained Vibrating Bin Offers Fast and Easy Product Changeover for Multiple Product Usage
Jeffersonville, IN. - Carman Industries introduces a self-contained vibrating bin for customers handling multiple products in situations where cleanliness and cross-contamination are concerns. Vibrating the entire vessel eliminates the downtime and labor associated with the removal, cleaning and replacement of the flexible connector typically located between conventional stationary bins and vibrating bin dischargers.
Features include stainless steel product contact construction with 2B interior surfaces. Welds are ground flush and polished to a 32 microinch (Ra Scale) finish. Two CIP spray nozzles in the crown of the vibrating bin simplify cleaning. Quick-opening manways with conical collars allow operators easy access to bin interior for cleaning and inspection.
This 7' diameter vibrating bin is isolated from the building structure by rubber-bushed hanger arms. A load cell weighing system guarantees precise inventory management.
