Pflow Industries Introduces New Mezzanine Lift
Milwaukee, WI. . . Pflow Industries is introducing Mezzanine Lift - a self-contained vertical lift designed specifically to service in-plant mezzanines. The unit can lift loads up to 5000 lbs.
Pflow's Mezzanine Lift is built with a robust structural steel frame that features an adjustable threshold to accommodate uneven floor surfaces. The unit is equipped with safety gates and enclosures for the lower level and code approved safety gate interlocks. The lift motor pump and controls are pre-mounted and pre-wired at the factory. The self-contained design of the Mezzanine Lift dramatically reduces installation time - the unit can be installed in less than eight hours.
According to Ted Ruehl, president of Pflow Industries, the Mezzanine Lift was designed to provide a safer way to move materials between mezzanine levels.
"There are thousands of mezzanines located in plants across the country. Many of these mezzanines do not have a vertical lift to load/unload materials from one level to another," said Ruehl. "Typically, workers hand carry loads up stairs or use a fork truck to lift the load up to the mezzanine. This practice is unsafe and can lead to employee injury," he added.

5'x5' and 6'x6'. Actuation of the lift is provided by a mechanical lifting mechanism. Mezzanine Lift comes with a two-year warranty.
