CINCINNATI, OH (July 31, 2003) TKF, Inc.'s VALU-LIFT(TM) vertical conveyor is a four-strand, continuous lift, light-duty conveyor with all the features that users want most.
Designed to handle cartons and other smooth-bottom unit loads up to 50 pounds, VALU-LIFT(TM) Continuous Vertical Conveyor offers economical modular construction and a patented platform designed especially for efficient high-speed operation, low maintenance and simplified assembly. In addition, its smaller size and easy-to-install design make VALU-LIFT more affordable and quickly available than other comparable lifts
VALU-LIFT's unique platform design consists of simple, lightweight interlocking molded polymer flights with steel connecting pins, lifting at a maximum speed of 118 fpm. VALU-LIFT also can be furnished with up, down or reversible operation.
Standard net lifting heights range from 8' to 14' and other heights are available. The VALU-LIFT maximum unit load is 21" long x 16" wide and 22' high with a weight of 50 lbs. The minimum unit load without special transitions is 10" long x 4" wide x 1 1/2' high with a weight of 3 lb.
Standard safety features include the 24 volt DC control, a current sensing relay, which instantly shuts down the conveyor if it is overloaded, totally enclosed shroud-type tunnel guards and a smooth, clean design for maximum personnel protection.
