Vacuum Pumps For EOAT Cost Under $10
A full line of low-cost, lightweight air-powered venturi vacuum pumps that are only 1¾" long and can be easily integrated into EOAT and pick-and-place systems has been introduced by Anver Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.
Anver JV Mini-Vacuum Pumps are powered by compressed air, achieve a 26"Hg vacuum with either a 0.50 or 0.74 scfm flow rate, and weigh only 16 grams. Capable of millisecond attach-and-release, they can be mounted directly at the pickup point and are compatible with off-the-shelf pneumatic components and fittings for easy integration into EOAT and pick-and-place systems.
Equipped with an optional air supply control valve, Anver JV Mini-Vacuum Pumps can be transformed into compact vacuum systems with built in 24 vdc controls. The pumps are molded from thermoplastic, color-coded with their flow rate and offered with 5 mm female threads (10/32 fits right in) or with 5/32" (4 mm) O.D. tube connection ports and a variety of suction cups.
