30" High Universal GX-4000 Ventilation Screen Allows More Air into Dock Area
MILWAUKEE--The Rite-Hite Aftermarket Corporation announced today that the Universal(TM) GX-4000 Ventilation Screen panel is now available with an optional 30-inch high screen. The new 30-inch high Universal Ventilation panel allows more air to flow into the dock area and plant, while preventing bugs or pests from entering the facility without sacrificing security.
"We have found that the Ventilation Screen Panel addresses problems many plant managers and dock personnel are experiencing at the loading dock," Rite-Hite Aftermarket President and CEO Paul Maly said. "The new 30-inch high screen provides air circulation without having to install an additional door. Plus, it helps keep dock personnel comfortable while keeping pests and bugs out and not sacrificing security."
With the 30" high screen option, the Universal GX-4000 Ventilation Screen panel is now available in 12-inch high, 18-inch high and 30-inch high panels.
With the larger 30-inch high screen, the GX-4000 Ventilation Screen panel provides 50 percent more screen area than the standard 18-inch high screen. The 30" high Ventilation Screen panel can be retrofitted to most existing two or three inch sectional doors, and can fit doors up to 18-foot 2-inches in width.
The 30-inch high Ventilation panel is made from extruded vinyl slats that surrounds a steel interlocking screen unit. A white powder coated frame gives the Ventilation panel stability and security.
The Universal GX-4000 Ventilation screen is made from stainless steel wire and can be constructed with a .083 by .083-inch or .030 by .030-inch screen hole size.
For keeping inclement weather out of the plant, the 30-inch high screen comes with a fully enclosed one-eighth inch thick white ABS cover that has a durable piano-style hinge. An optional translucent cover also is available.
When the Ventilation Screen panel is in the open position, a flexible cord helps keep the cover secure and out of harms way. An easy-turn wing-nut latching system makes securing the Universal GX-4000 Ventilation Screen panel easy.
