AAP, Inc., announced world's first concept of SKD kit in vending machine industry. Vending machines are widely operated all over the world, and there are few countries exporting vending machine to oversea market. The USA has large base of vending machine manufacturers, and the US vending machine operators industry includes about 5,000 establishments with combined annual revenue of about $6 billion.
Major products sold include cold beverages (40 percent of industry sales) and candy and snacks (30 percent). Other products include hot beverages, hot and cold meal products, ice cream, and cigarettes. The majority of cold beverages sold are soft drinks in cans, bottles, or cups. Candy includes chocolate, gum, and mints. Snacks include salty snacks (potato chips and pretzels); baked goods (cookies and cakes); crackers, nuts, and seeds; and nutritious bars.
The U.S.A has largest manufacturers but they export small number of machines overseas. Japan also is one of the countries where vending machine is popular. However their costs are high so it is hard to sell outside of Japan. Importers do not want too much shipping costs and long turnaround time from order. The 40' oversea container can load 20-28 machines only, and average of shipping costs per machine would be $200-$300.
Traditional vending machines operating now has many limits of factors such as high shipping to volume, heavy weight, high installation costs, limited space for vending location, inability of installation due to small entrance and lack of elevator in building. The SKD kit can get rid of all those limits.
Now a day, vending machine is becoming popular in third world countries from Asia, Africa, and Middle East to South America where they depended only on importing due to lack of manufacturers or lack of technology. This new concept of SKD will make the distribution of vending machines very easy all over the world by reducing the shipping cost and just in time delivery systems. Importers pay very high tax when they import from overseas. The tax an importer pays will reduce when they import parts instead of complete unit. They also can have many benefits and incentives for their government creating jobs and own 'made in their country' product.

The pre-configured electronic box will enable anyone to setup machine easily, so No need of a technician during installation. The electronic box is most expensive module. Vending operator can attach the type of dispenser cabinet so its electronic box can use both sections. The cost of installation of vending machine reduces as well.
