New 2210EP Vegetable Based Lubricant for Machining Ferrous Materials
Grand Rapids, MICHIGAN: UNIST, Inc. introduces a new addition to their line of highly refined vegetable based lubricants for use in metal cutting. Coolube 2210EP is an environmentally acceptable vegetable based lubricant for use with the UNIST Uni-Max line of applicators in near dry machining applications. This product has extreme pressure additive blended to UNIST's world famous Coolube 2210 specifically to provide superior performance on all ferrous metals. Coolube 2210EP exhibits superior lubricity properties which will facilitate near dry machining in heavy duty cutting operations on all CNC, automatic screw, drilling, tapping, milling, turning, and hard turning machines. This Product will also extend the longevity of and time between re-sharpening of tools. Coolube 2210EP is recommended for cutting a wide range of metals including all stainless steels, low carbon steels, tool steels, 8620, 4140 and other ferrous metals. When using Coolube 2210EP the finished parts will have a slight protective coating of a non-oxidizing lubricant which is easily cleaned with a detergent and water. Coolube 2210EP allows near dry machining to be applied to unlimited operations cutting difficult materials.
