New CVCO55FLM VCO from Crystek Corporation Features Extra Modulation Port for Transmitter Applications



Fort Myers, FL - Crystek's CVCO55FLM VCOs (Voltage Controlled Oscillators) contain an extra modulation port (TX modulation), making the family an ideal choice for transmitter applications. The modulation port has a negative slope and a typical modulation sensitivity of -20KHz/V.

The CVCO55FLM-0172-0210 operates from 172 MHz to 210 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.2V~4.8V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -119 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically 0 dBm.

Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55FLM-0172-0210 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 3V, with a max. current consumption of 9 mA.
