Fort Myers, FL, March 20, 2009 - Crystek's CVCO55CC-2400-2569 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 2400 MHz to 2569 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V~4.5V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -102 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +4 dBm.
Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55CC-2400-2569 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 5V, with a max current consumption of 35 mA.
