New Cole-Parmer® Air Cadet PRO(TM) Offers High Flow Rates and Low Vacuum



Vernon Hills, Ill., July 29, 2004-Cole-Parmer introduces the new Air Cadet PRO vacuum pump, a low-maintenance unit designed for general laboratory applications from filtration to degassing and vacuum drying.

The new Air Cadet PRO has gas ballast for purging of contaminants that may condense in the pump head. It achieves flow rates of 0.5 to 1.4 cfm at a vacuum level of 56 to 6 torr, and operates at a quiet 37 dB-ideal for enclosed areas. Its 5/16" hose barb connections make the pump easily adaptable to any laboratory application. Place it on the countertop or below the bench to maximize workspace.

Also available: the Chemical-Duty Air Cadet PRO with PTFE diaphragm for demanding applications using solvents or corrosive gases.
